Since that time the company Schalk Steuerungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1983, it grew up to a dynamic and innovative medium-size company in the Allgäu.

We develop, manufacture and distribute electronic control components for building services and industrial automation. Our electronic devices with highest technical level are developed regarding the fact that the final product is operated uncomplicatedly, user-friendly and besides has a high energy savings effect also with a very good price performance ratio.

Because we further trust on the production location Germany with its best quality standards, we can offer extremely high-quality, reliable and future proof products "Made-in-Germany" to our customers, and act optimally at the customer's requests.

• 1983 we developed the first intelligent light timer, which can be switched off at any time with long-term changeover by a push-button


• 1984 we did further pioneer work by developing the first automatic single-module mains-field disconnector


• In the following we developed the first central pulse-switch with optical uncoupling of electric control and load circuit


• Beside many other products with exceptional functions, on the installation sector a radio switching system followed, which enables to realize roller blind-, gate-, shutter- and light control systems.


• A further development of Schalk , the Wireless Wire® system, enables radio transmission of switching states.


• Development of an active cut-off relay, whiche enables the control of (mains-field) loads by safety-low voltage contacts. The necessary safety-low voltage is thereby generated internally


• Development of a motor polarity reversing relay, which enables control of miniature DC motors in conjunction with conventional AC drives (eg. for venetian blinds, etc.)

Remote switch and control relays (remote control and cable-bound solutions), radio repeater, measuring relays and load-sensitive switches, limit value switches, light-/ temperature-/ wind-/ liquid-/ rain-sensors, timer and multi-function relays, pulse generators, clock generators, mains-field disconnectors, light timers/dimmers (radio and cable-bound solutions), motor controls, group relays, up/down controls, accessories.
