Due to a well-known bug in the Adobe Reader there could be a problem displaying PDF files: if you receive the error message "error reading linearized hint data", download the file onto your local harddrive, and open it from there (within Internet Explorer right-click this pdf file and select "Save as..."), or proceed as follows: Start the Adobe reader and deactivate the following option:
