Vacuum cleaners, electric hand-held tools and similar consumers with electronic power or speed control are normally not detected as a load, as these devices require the full mains voltage to start operation.
The base load adapter GZ 6 is recommended if such a consumer is to be operated in an isolated circuit (and connection of an additional load is not acceptable as a closing aid).
